He began by unpacking the truth that being chosen by God is both a privilege and a responsibility. Using examples from Scripture such as David, Moses, Esther, and Mary the mother of Jesus, Elder Folabi explained that God’s choices often defy logic. “He doesn’t call the qualified; He qualifies the called.”
Elder Folabi taught that when God chooses a person:
They stand out, even when they try to hide.
They are protected, even in battles they didn’t see coming.
They face rejection by men but are endorsed by God.
